Pittsburgh’s offense was the worst in the league through two weeks by EPA per play before Aaron Rodgers threw three touchdown passes in a 30-27 win over Cincinnati. One good game isn’t a trend yet. The Steelers’ running game is also uncertain, with Rico Dowdle (toe) missing practice early in the week.

Cleveland’s offense has more obvious problems. Deshaun Watson went 16-of-30 for 144 yards in last week’s 21-18 win over Carolina, and the line is banged up. Center Elgton Jenkins is expected to miss the game with a concussion, Luke Wypler starts in his place, and Tytus Howard and Teven Jenkins were both limited. Receiver Tylan Wallace was on crutches after Sunday.

Pittsburgh’s secondary is hurting too. Jalen Ramsey is playing with a fractured wrist, and Brandin Echols is in the concussion protocol. That’s the one path to points for Cleveland, but Watson hasn’t shown he can take advantage of it.

Two offenses with real question marks, a short week, a Browns line missing its starting center, and an AFC North rivalry game where neither side wants to take chances.
