The reason I still prefer the Under is San Francisco’s receiving situation. Mike Evans is questionable with rib and Achilles issues, while Christian Kirk is also dealing with a calf injury. If the 49ers are thin outside, the offense should funnel more work through McCaffrey and Kittle, which favors longer drives over quick-strike scoring.
Washington is dealing with its own offensive injuries. Jacory Croskey-Merritt is out, Stefon Diggs is questionable and the backfield has been limited. Daniels remains the biggest threat after rushing for 103 yards and two touchdowns last week, but Washington may have to lean heavily on his legs to sustain drives.
San Francisco is also missing Nick Bosa and Dre Greenlaw, which creates some risk for the Under, but I still project a controlled 49ers win rather than a shootout.
