CS:GO DFS Projections for Sunday, April 19: Bad News Bears Lead the Way

Sunday’s CS:GO slate on DraftKings brings us three more lopsided matches with Cloud9 (-220) taking on Envy, Swole Patrol (-365) facing Triumph, and Bad News Bears (-410) favored over Recon5.

CS:GO Notes for Saturday, April 18

  • Coming off an 83.5-point performance on Saturday, dapr projects to set the pace once again on Sunday, but his salary has been increased accordingly from $9,000 to $9,600. With the value available on today’s slate, it is still possible to build lineups around dapr, though his ownership will likely be even higher today than it was yesterday when 46.7% of the field rostered dapr in DraftKings’ largest tournament.
  • Dapr’s teammates also project well, with three of the top five values coming from Bad News Bears. Although mitch, jonji, and dazzLe all account for kill shares below 20.5%, their cheap salaries (all are priced between $5,800 and $6,600) and favorable game environment leave them in play.
  • On the high end, oSee looks intriguing. Despite posting a solid 44:33 kill:death ratio on Saturday, oSee finds himself $600 cheaper on Sunday as Cloud9 takes on Envy. oSee has been inconsistent of late, logging more deaths than kills in three of the team’s last six matchups, but with Cloud9 favored heavily today, oSee should be able to come through.
  • Grim leads Sunday’s slate in kill share, accounting for 25.3% of Triumph’s kills. He’s also in good current form, having posted 78 and 81 kills in two matches yesterday against New England Whalers and Bad News Bears. With Triumph listed at +245 today, Grim should be deployed as a contrarian play — he could pay off at low ownership if Swole Patrol under-performs.
