Baseball is back! Check back here throughout the day for updated blurbs as teams confirm their lineup. We’ll keep you updated on some of the day’s highest-impact trends by utilizing our Models and Vegas dashboard. Projected and confirmed lineups for every game can be found on our MLB Daily Lineups page.

Angels (+117) at Dodgers (-127) — 7:15 PM EST

Dodgers out: Justin Turner (strained right adductor)

Dodgers in: Max Muncy

Justin Turner will miss his third consecutive game as he continues to battle a strained right groin. The Dodgers are currently implied to score four runs and will roll with Matt Kemp and Max Muncy at the No. 3 and No. 4 spots in the order, respectively. Each of Enrique Hernandez, Muncy, and Austin Barnes have posted positive wOBA and ISO splits vs. southpaws over the past 12 months. Exposure to Muncy should be focused on FanDuel, where his $3,800 price tag comes with a 76 percent Bargain Rating and six Pro Trends. Still, the Dodgers will have their hands full with Andrew Heaney, who has posted slate-best marks in average exit velocity and hard-hit rate allowed over the past 15 days. Heaney has struck out 10 batters while pitching seven innings in each of his past two starts, and he again offers strikeout upside against a Dodgers lineup that has combined to strike out every .270 at bats over the past calendar year – the second-highest mark in Saturday’s main slate. He carries an 85 percent Bargain Rating on FanDuel, and is the second-highest rated pitcher across the industry in the Bales Model. Both offenses could benefit from estimated wind gusts of eight miles per hour blowing out to center field.

Rangers (+102) at Orioles (-110) — 7:15 PM EST

Rangers out: Rougned Odor

Dodgers in: Jurickson Profar

Rougned Odor will receive a routine day off, so Jurickson Profar will start at second base and bat fifth for a Rangers lineup presently implied to score an impressive five runs. The Rangers are particularly in play on FanDuel, where they currently boast the main slate’s third-highest Team Value Rating. Overall, Shin-Soo ChooElvis Andrus, Profar, and Joey Gallo form the Rangers’ highest-rated four-man stack on FanDuel in the Bales Model. Each carries a Bargain Rating of at least 82 percent on FanDuel. Choo in particular is set up well considering he’s posted positive wOBA and ISO splits vs. righties over the past 12 months, and he’s accordingly the fourth-highest rated outfielder in the Bales Model. They’ll face off against Yefry Ramirez, who hasn’t pitched more than five innings in any of his four starts this season. Ramirez will have his hands full with a Rangers lineup that has combined to post a .335 wOBA vs. right-handed pitchers over the past 12 months the – second-highest mark in Saturday’s main slate. While the Rangers-Orioles’ matchup currently has the main slate’s second-most pitcher-friendly Weather Rating, both offenses could benefit from estimated wind gusts of eight miles per hour blowing out to center field.
