College Football DFS Picks: Week 4 CFB DraftKings Main Slate Breakdown (Saturday, September 26th)

We are in the thick of it now. Teams are in the midst of their conference schedules, meaning we’ll start to see an increase in ranked matchups and rivalry games. While we’re only four weeks into the season, there are still 35 undefeated teams looking to extend their winning streaks and vault to the top of their respective standings. DFS players will have some hard choices to make on the main slate, with several intriguing showdowns and high-profile players available at every position.

CFB DFS Quarterback Picks

Trinidad Chambliss (Ole Miss Rebels): $7,700 DraftKings

Trinidad Chambliss has been unstoppable early this season, and he gets an ideal fantasy matchup against a leaky Florida Gators defense. Don’t be fooled by the price: Chambliss will deliver.

Through three games, Chambliss has thrown for 924 yards and seven touchdowns. More notably, he’s averaging 349.5 passing yards per game in contests he’s played from start to finish. He’s making the most of his passing opportunities, but the Rebels are also asking him to throw more often. So far, Ole Miss has called passing plays 57.6% of the time, the 16th-highest percentage in the country.

It’s also time to start fading the Gators. They’re giving up 326.3 yards per game, including 215.3 through the air. Those numbers look even worse when adjusted for opponent. Florida beat Florida Atlantic, FCS Campbell, and Auburn to move into the Top 25. Against FBS opponents, the yardage figures rise to 384.5 and 273.5, respectively.

The Rebels are turning Chambliss loose, and the Gators won’t have an answer. The senior is averaging 42.0 pass attempts per game against FBS opponents, a rate he should maintain to keep pace with Florida’s improved offense. Chambliss has the skill and volume to reach his fantasy ceiling in Week 4.

Byrum Brown (Auburn Tigers): $8,500 DraftKings

The Vanderbilt Commodores restored their reputation last season. Unfortunately, they’re about to undo that hard work as they enter SEC play. The Auburn Tigers are the beneficiaries in Week 4, and we predict a monumental performance from Brown.

Brown took the reins of the Tigers offense this season and is starting to find his rhythm. He’s coming off a three-touchdown performance in Week 3, when he threw for 271 yards against the Gators. Brown now has 756 passing yards and five touchdowns on the season while completing 64.6% of his passes.

Still, the most prominent strength of Brown’s game is his dual-threat ability. The senior has accumulated 180 rushing yards on 52 carries, adding two scores. Between his 99 pass attempts and 52 rushing attempts, Brown has accounted for 66.5% of Auburn’s offensive plays.

Over the last two weeks, Vandy has given up a combined 784 yards to Delaware and NC State. Brown should have no problem shredding the Commodores defense en route to one of the most dominant fantasy performances of the weekend.

CFB DFS Running Back Picks

Jadan Baugh (Florida Gators) $9,100 DraftKings

Some players make an impact every time they suit up. Jadan Baugh is one of them. The Gators’ running back has gouged opponents early in 2026, and the Rebels don’t have the defensive personnel to keep him at bay.

Baugh is the unstoppable force Florida has missed for the past few seasons. Heading into Week 4 of his junior season, the Georgia native is already 12th on the Gators’ all-time rushing list. He needs 163 yards to crack the top 10, a mark he could reach this week if he maintains his current production.

Baugh is averaging a monstrous 8.5 yards per carry, toting the rock 54 times for 458 yards. He has three straight 100-yard rushing games and has churned out at least 136 yards in each contest. His scoring ability raises his fantasy ceiling even higher: He has already found paydirt eight times this season.

As we’ve seen in their two FBS showdowns this season, the Rebels haven’t been able to stop the run. They gave up 191 rushing yards to Louisville in the season opener, then allowed another 172 against LSU last time out. Four of the seven touchdowns they have allowed this season have come on the ground.

Florida will look for another show-stopping performance from Baugh as the Gators use the ground game to try to neutralize the Ole Miss offense. Heavy usage and elite efficiency should help Baugh set the standard for running backs on the main slate.

Bo Jackson (Ohio State Buckeyes) $7,700 DraftKings

The Ohio State Buckeyes offense continues to run through Julian Sayin, but Bo Jackson is becoming a bigger part of the play-calling. The sophomore running back is projected to continue his ascent in Week 4’s Big Ten clash with the Illinois Fighting Illini.

As is typically the case in Columbus, the Buckeyes are using a running back tandem. Of the two backs, Bo has emerged as the leader over Ja’Kobi Jackson. He leads the way with 39 carries for 230 yards, averaging 5.9 yards per carry. Bo also plays a larger role in the passing game: He has caught six of eight targets for 50 yards, while Ja’Kobi has been targeted only once.

We don’t like Illinois’ chances of containing Ohio State’s offense on Saturday. The Illini gave up 176 rushing yards to Duke in Week 2, with Nate Sheppard gaining 147 on just 24 carries. Even UAB had no trouble running against them. The Blazers gained 194 rushing yards despite playing from behind from the start.

As 27.5-point favorites, Ohio State will likely turn to its running game more often against the Illini. Bo has 30 carries and seven targets over his last two starts, signaling increased involvement as the Buckeyes head into conference play. He should ride that wave to an elite fantasy performance in Week 4.

CFB DFS Wide Receiver Picks

Chris Durr (Maryland Terrapins) $7,100

The Maryland Terrapins are an oft-overlooked Big Ten program that continues to produce elite offensive talent. That’s the case again this season, with Maryland quietly establishing itself as one of the premier passing teams in the country. It’s time to take note of what Chris Durr brings to the fantasy table.

Durr was underutilized by the Wyoming Cowboys in each of the last two seasons. He entered the transfer portal last offseason and is starting to get the recognition he deserves at Maryland. Through three games, the junior has compiled 256 yards and three touchdowns on 28 receptions and 36 targets. That represents a meaty 29.3% target share, and he leads the team in every receiving category.

After being used sparingly against Hampton in Week 1, Durr has taken on a larger role in each successive outing. He caught 10 of 12 targets for 103 yards against UConn in Week 2, then followed that with 109 yards and two touchdowns on 12 receptions and 15 targets against Virginia Tech.

Durr’s production is trending upward. His chemistry with Malik Washington is undeniable, and another strong performance this weekend could bring him to fantasy prominence.

Gavin Freeman (Baylor Bears) $5,500

It’s time to stop sleeping on the Baylor Bears. After a heartbreaking loss to Auburn in Week 1, Baylor has rattled off two convincing wins, albeit against weaker opponents. With the offense running this hot, we think the Bears can put up a big number against Colorado on Saturday. That should include a heavy dose of Gavin Freeman.

Freeman has established himself as a premier wide receiver. The senior leads all FBS receivers with 29 receptions and has accumulated 305 receiving yards over three games. He surpassed 100 yards in each of his first two outings before a quieter performance against Louisiana Tech last time out. We project a bounce-back from the seven receptions and 47 yards he posted in that game.

Colorado’s lackluster pass defense supports that outlook. The Buffaloes let run-heavy Georgia Tech throw for 237 yards in Week 1, FCS Weber State go for 245, and a surprisingly undefeated Northwestern team throw for 241 while completing 17 of 22 passes. Those defensive struggles could worsen against Baylor.

Freeman accounts for a huge share of Baylor’s passing production. His 305 receiving yards are nearly double the total of the next-closest receiver, while his 40 targets represent a 33.1% target share. We don’t know why he’s discounted on the main slate, but we predict he’ll finish as one of the top-performing receivers against Colorado’s struggling defense.

Keshaun Singleton (Auburn Tigers) $6,600

There are a few promising stacking options on this week’s main slate. You wouldn’t be wrong to target Ole Miss, Baylor, or Maryland, or to pay a premium for Ohio State. Quietly, we expect the most production from the Byrum Brown and Keshaun Singleton pairing.

Singleton is on the precipice of a breakout game. His 230 receiving yards lead the Tigers, and he has posted games of 89 and 99 yards this season. As his usage has increased, so has his production. Singleton drew 11 targets in last week’s loss to Florida, catching seven passes and scoring his first touchdown of the season. He could set the bar even higher against the Commodores’ porous secondary.

Chas Nimrod could cut into Singleton’s fantasy value, but the matchup data favors the X receiver. Last week, NC State wideout Keenan Jackson drew 11 targets and finished with 102 yards and three scores. Slot receiver Victor Snow, meanwhile, saw just two targets, catching one pass for minus-1 yard. A similar pattern emerged against Delaware in Week 2: X receiver Da’Wain Lofton broke out for 142 yards on four catches, while slot receiver Bryson Graves was held to minus-2 yards on three.

For this matchup, Singleton is the Auburn receiver I prefer over Nimrod. Stacked with Brown, he could make this duo a key to winning lineups on Saturday.
