Koerner: 2026 NFL Draft Landing Spots, Fantasy Football Stock Up, Stock Down, and Rookie Rankings

The 2026 NFL Draft has wrapped up, and as the dust settles, fantasy football managers are left to sort through the carnage. While draft capital and organizational fit don’t always determine NFL success, they create the conditions that make breakouts possible or completely unlikely. A landing spot matters, especially for skill position players who need volume, quality quarterback play, and offensive systems that actually utilize their talents.

Below, I’ve identified the players whose fantasy stock shifted based on what happened in the NFL Draft, breaking down both the risers who should be climbing draft boards and the fallers you might want to fade entirely.

Stock Up

Jadarian Price

Things set up perfectly for Price to be selected with the final pick of the first round by the reigning Super Bowl champs. The fact that it actually happened was a massive boost to his stock because not only does he land on a championship-caliber roster, which is usually ideal for RBs, he may end up being their lead back out of the gate after Seattle moved on from Kenneth Walker III, while Zach Charbonnet may not be 100% for Week 1 coming off a torn ACL suffered during the playoff run.

Price was the second Notre Dame back selected in the first round behind Jeremiah Love, who went third overall. Love was the better prospect and arguably the best RB in the country last year, but Price can absolutely play and has three-down upside.

In a weird way, backing up Love may have helped him. Less tread on the tires entering the league and maybe a bit underrated because of it.

This felt like the ideal landing spot.
