Here is what a three-pick Sleeper Fantasy entry might look like. My example entry has three picks from the NBA games tonight:

Every Sleeper Fantasy pick has its own payout multiplier. In my example above, the Jokic pick has a 1.79x payout multiplier, while the Banchero pick has a lower payout multiplier of 1.68x.
