Tip-off is 7 p.m. ET at Little Caesars Arena, with ESPN on the broadcast. The 76ers lead the East at 7-1 and have won four straight, while the Pistons are second at 6-1 with three wins in a row.
Detroit already beat Philadelphia 106-93 on Oct. 25, with Cade Cunningham scoring 26 and Tyrese Maxey putting up 29 in the loss. That game sticks with me more than either record.
Both teams are thin. Detroit is without Jalen Duren (hamstring), who is targeting a return around Nov. 9, and Isaiah Joe (hip). Philadelphia is missing Dominick Barlow (back) and Ariel Hukporti (Achilles, out for the season).
