This year, I created a Park Factors metric for both batters and pitchers. The reason we didn’t have one last year is because I think you can replicate park factors without double-counting items using things like Vegas and our Weather Rating.

However, there’s still a lot of value in knowing which parks are conducive to value for certain types of batters and pitchers. Below, I explain our Park Factors metric, which is based on historical handedness data and updated in real-time for pitchers based on opposing lineups.
